    Description

    Job Title: Parts Specialist

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Specialist to provide exceptional service to our retail and installer customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, promoting all company customer service programs.
    • Promptly greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and provide accurate information on parts and pricing.
    • Support managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including inventory management and daily operational tasks.
    • Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after training is completed.
    • Perform in-store services for customers, such as installing wipers and testing batteries, when permitted by state and local laws.
    • Demonstrate ability to multitask, handling phone and in-store customers simultaneously.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
    • Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
    • Multitasking skills, handling phone and in-store customers at the same time.
    • Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service (desired).
    • ASE certification (desired).
    • Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.
