    Develops, deploys, and manages sales program and initiatives to support the success and growth of Tellica Imaging care sites.

    This position requires you live in New Hampshire or Massachusetts area, relocation assistance is available if you are willing to relocate.

    Tellica Imaging provides high-quality, low-cost computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans for the community. We are seeking an amazing Sales Manager to grow our business in New Hampshire (Manchester and Nashua).

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for working closely with providers, patients, staff, and Tellica Imaging leadership to build community awareness.

    This person will set multi-year strategies, outline initiatives, achieve sales thresholds, train new caregivers (as needed), and participate in team meetings/huddles.

    Aside from the meaningful work, this position is sales and commission based, and mileage is coverage for provider visits. This is an incredible opportunity to change healthcare and build a career in sales.

    Job Essentials
    This role works collaboratively with key stakeholders, including Tellica's senior management to develop mechanisms to increase organizational growth.

    They will work closely with Tellica leadership to set multi-year strategies, outline initiatives, achieve sales thresholds, training new caregivers (as needed), participate in team meetings/huddles, and execute a multi-state platform to meet or exceed organization growth initiatives.


    • Directs and develops effective sales program to meet annual company sales goal objectives while maintaining the mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health. Provides education of products, policies, and procedures.
    • Meets Tellica Imaging sales goals by managing the process to sell and renew business.
    • Creates and delivers effective sales pitches/presentations to prospective/respective client groups to increase awareness and promote sales. Follow up regularly to see if clients have additional needs or ask from Tellica Imaging.
    • Maintains a complete understanding of all the components of Tellica Imaging services.
    • Establishes and maintains a mutually productive relationship with clients and is responsible for set up and maintenance of software setup for Tellica Imaging and Intermountain Health-based systems.
    • Provides market feedback that leads to the development of innovative products and services. Assists management in developing market strategies.
    • Manages performance utilizing sales systems opportunity and renewal reports to assess performance of sites. Creates additional sales systems reports as requested by Tellica senior leadership.
    • Travels as required to further business and professional relationships. Prepares letters of correspondence to consultants / vendors / clients as needed.
    • Participates as a resource for senior management to establish goals and policies for Tellica sales program.
    • Provides ongoing feedback using market conditions, and industry trends.
    • Works with Tellica leadership team to create and maintain the sales budget each year.

    Minimum Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree or four years of equivalent experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or communications. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified.
    Five years of sales or health care industry experience.

    Preferred Qualifications
    Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
    Strong working knowledge of health insurance.
    Ability to sell and manage the sales process.
    Ability to handle duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision; display professionalism in judgment and decision-making.
