- Process various types of samples and maintain related quality assurance documentation
- Processing samples and maintain quality assurance documentation in both Chemistry and Microbiology lab
- Report and verify results for all types of lab tests
- Participate in the operations of all areas of the lab, including but not limited to quality management systems tasks
- Notify management if departure from normal procedure is identified
- Must have High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of laboratory experience in food industry
- Ability to work in temperature conditions beetween 35 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as documentation is a large part of the role
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, present in a professional demeanor and work independently and on a team
