Must have five years verifiable experience in the welding trade in heavy industrial applications i.e. shipbuilding power plant construction commercial building construction or bridge construction Must have the knowledge and ability to use proper welding practices be skilled in blueprint reading and layout procedures with an emphasis on welding symbols have experience in set up and use of grinding containments must be certified in OSHA 10 and or OSHA 30 and must be proficient in Submerged Metal Arc Welding SMAW Flux-Core Automatic Welding FCAW and Gas Tungston Arc Welding GTAW+
