    Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

    Experience:


    • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.


    • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.


    • 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

    Requirements:


    • Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).


    • This role may require floating to additional units and locations


    • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.


    • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.


    • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.


    • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc. and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc..

    Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Cardiovascular, Pacemakers/Temporary/Permanent, Endocrine/Metabolic, IV insulin protocols, Gastrointestinal, Feeding tube care and management, Genitourinary/Renal, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI), Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Phlebotomy, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Medications, Heparin Protocols, PCA, Plastics, Surgical drains, Respiratory, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen administration, Professional Topics and Skills, Isolation Precautions/PPE

    Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience

    Required Credentials:

    • Current and valid DL or State issued ID
    • EKG Course/ Telemetry test
    • Any gaps in traveler's profile (3 months or more) REQUIRE an explanation listed in the work history- otherwise this will be kicked back to be corrected

    Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Coverage: Every Other

    5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0
