    Looking for a Microsoft Intune Mobility Engineer to support US Army 365 (A365) End Users in managing Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) initiatives. This role involves handling Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) using the Microsoft Intune mobility platform, ensuring seamless operation of Intune services, and delivering technical support for mobile devices and applications.

    NOTE: Fully Remote / Work from Home position

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Provide technical support for mobile devices and Services, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
    • Investigate and resolve Tier II support tickets related to Intune functionality, derived credentials, and mobile device management. Work closely with Tier I support and other teams for prompt issue resolution.
    • Manage and maintain Intune infrastructure.
    • Offer comprehensive support and maintenance for the Microsoft Intune mobility platform, covering configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of mobile devices.
    • Create, configure, and manage device profiles, policies, and compliance rules within Intune to ensure secure and compliant devices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, synchronization, and management.
    • Collaborate with teams to implement and uphold derived credentials for mobile devices.
    • Ensure correct configuration and integration of derived credential solutions with Intune for secure access to enterprise resources.

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelors and five (5)+ years of relevant experience; additional four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of a degree.
    • Experience in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting major mobile operating systems like iOS, Android, and Windows.
    • Experience with Mobile Application Management (MAM) systems.
    • Experience in configuring endpoint protection policies for mobile devices.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, understanding its features, capabilities, and how to configure and manage devices.

    REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900).
    • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900).
    • Must obtain a DoD 8570 IAT certification, Level I or higher (like A+ CE, Network+ CE, Security+ CE, CASP+, etc) within 60 days of hire.

    REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

    • Must obtain a full Top Secret Clearance; Secret clearance required before starting.
    • Must be a current US Citizen.
    Target salary range: $100,001 - $125,000. This estimation reflects the typical salary range based on experience and other factors.
