    Under general supervision, the Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep, as a member of the Inside Sales Team, provides network infrastructure products and solutions to our customers. Coordinates customer requests with Purchasing, Scheduling/Manufacturing, and Shipping to fill product orders in a timely manner. Establishes relationships with customers to ensure total customer satisfaction and continued business

    Responsibilities
    • Responds to inbound (phone and email) customer requests for product orders.
    • Advises customer of product pricing by generating quotes from established purchase agreements.
    • Consults with Scheduling for the availability of manufacturing staff and shipping to build and deliver product to customers.
    • Collaborates with Engineering on special orders, and new part set-up to meet customer's needs.
    • Analyzes orders to confirm appropriate packages are included to meet customer needs.
    • Keeps customers informed as to status of orders and shipment dates.
    • Engages in analytical problem solving for troubleshooting issues with an order, invoice, inventory, and determines a resolution.
    • Act as liaison between Account Managers, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Finance.
    • Strives to meet sales quota in partnership with Account Managers.
    • Offers management ideas and suggestions for process improvement.
    • Adhere to and promote the environmental, health and safety policies of AFL.
    • Shows comprehension and application of all in-house level 1 training materials

    Qualifications
    • Demonstrated ability to work at peak performance in keeping the team focus, goals and forecast in the forefront.
    • Computer skills, Microsoft office products, including strong Excel skills.
    Working Conditions
    • Required to sit for most the day with occasional walking around the facility.
    • Manual dexterity used frequently with repetitive finger motion.
    • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
    • Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
