    Job Description:
    The LPN Mgr.

    LTC MDS and Nursing Administration is an active participating member or the Interdisciplinary team, this position assumes the responsibilities as delegated by the Director of Clinical Reimbursement and Quality and/or the Administrator.


    This position also pro-actively provides reimbursement planning and is responsible for key decision-making related to Medicare, Medicaid, and other Third Party Payors to ensure payment.

    Provides facility-wide analysis of reimbursement to support the budget process.

    Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
    AAS in Nursing required. BSN preferred. 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required. MDS experience preferred. LPN required upon hire.
