TheTechnicalCollegeSystemofGeorgia(TCSG)isseekinghighlyqualifiedapplicantsfortheirfull-time Compliance & Programs Director position in the Office of Workforce Development .This position will be responsible for providing advanced technical-level support and office administration. This position is located at the TCSG System Office in Atlanta at 1800 Century Place, Atlanta, GA30345.
*The Compliance and Programs Director manages on-sight monitoring, desk reviews, contract review, policy development, the Eligible Training Provider's List and programmatic technical assistance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
·Bachelor's Degree *and* Five (5) years of experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
·WIOA or Federal Grant Experience
·Two (2) years of management experience
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
·Ability to break larger tasks into manageable smaller tasks;
·Skill in the operation of computers and job related software programs;
·Organizational skills;
·Project management skills;
·Oral and written communication skills;
·Skill in interpersonal relations and in dealing with the public;
·Decision making and problem solving skills;
·Leadership skills;
·Experience win Contract Review and Management;
·Monitoring and/or Auditing experience; and
·Research skills.
