    PURPOSE OF POSITION:
    Work to sales goals, facilitate an exceptional service culture, and ensure day-to-day activities are performed to store standards.

    RESPONSIBILITIESConsistently dazzle and delight your customersCreate an atmosphere which encourages customers to explore and discover the most comfortable version of themselves and of their daily lifeConfidently present products in a way that contributes to our reputation for best-in-class products, product quality, and serviceExecute all required customer follow up related to quotes and post-sale contactMaintain a meticulously clean, organized, and up-to-date sales floor.

    Execute merchandising plans based on company guidelinesPassionately and aggressively maximize salesFocus on and succeed at consistently creating Positive Memorable Customer ExperiencesPerform general day-to-day store operations dutiesWORKING CONDITIONS/SAFETY HAZARDSRetail settingMust be able to individually lift 50 lbs and team lift up to 300 lbsStanding for full shiftsPAY CLASS &


    RANGE:
    Part Time; Hourly; Non-Exempt$15-18/hr + Commission
