    Looking for a skilled Carpenter in Markle, Indiana, specializing in the creation of Wood Wall Panels & Trusses. The primary role involves crafting wooden components for a range of buildings like retirement homes, housing developments, and hotels. Key duties include transforming dimensional timber into bespoke wood panels and trusses.

    Compensation:

    $17 - $18 hourly

    Responsibilities:
    • Cut, assemble, and fabricate wooden panels and trusses according to blueprints and specifications
    • Operate power tools and other machinery safely and efficiently
    • Measure and inspect completed panels and trusses to ensure compliance with quality standards
    • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
    • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to customer specifications
    • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
    Qualifications:
    • Knowledge of reading and interpreting schematics
    • Familiarity with operating power tools and other machines
    • Providing a detailed and quality-oriented approach
    • Ability to work well with a group of people
