    Red River is embarking on an exciting journey and is in search of a visionary leader who embodies precision, innovation, and collaboration to spearhead our team as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Treasurer.


    We are seeking an individual with an unwavering commitment to detail, exceptional leadership qualities, formidable analytical capabilities, and unparalleled organizational skills.

    As the VP of FP&A and Treasurer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our FP&A and Treasury departments, ensuring that timely, accurate, and actionable information drives our strategic decision-making processes.

    Working in close partnership with our CFO, you will chart the course for our organization's financial future, guiding us towards new horizons of success and growth.


    Primary Position Tasks:
    FP&A

    Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports, including monthly profit and loss, forecast vs. budget.
    Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations.
    Support the accounting month-end close process to include applicable analysis.
    Identify, develop, and execute analysis of business initiatives, product launches, and new service offerings.
    Support corporate development activities including merger, acquisition, disposition, joint venture, integration, and business risk identification and mitigation.
    Support other functional areas to develop and monitor KPIs and progress to include recommendations for improvements.
    Develop and maintain the monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget to include forecasting.
    Manage the financial planning and analysis department. Supervise the creation of reports, software implementation, and tools for budgeting and forecasting and drive technology automation.
    Financial analysis and business cases to include recommendations.
    Financial risk and opportunity analysis and recommendations.
    Participate in periodic calls Executive Leadership Team, PE-firm, and other constituents as required.

    Operate in an environment of continuous improvement to include Identification, development, and creation of opportunities for enhanced business processes to maximize customer satisfaction, accuracy, and efficiency in all processes.

    Maintain company 3–5-year financial model and outlook.
    Identify business improvement, cost reduction, and profit maximization opportunities.
    Provides guidance to others in the organization to include mentoring to include periodic training to finance and non-financial staff.
    Provide Leadership and training to all functions.
    Ad-hoc request and reporting.
    Treasury

    Coordinate liquidity for working capital needs to include cash needs in a proactive manner.
    Monitor debt covenants and provide periodic reporting to CEO and CFO.
    Long and short-term cash flow forecasting, daily cash management, including cash positioning, daily liquidity.

    Review daily cash position and its components - lockbox receipts; ACH, check and wire A/P; payroll; interest and principal payments.

    Actively managed and lead the company's monthly 13-week liquidity forecasting process, ensuring its accuracy and timelines, to include the weekly variance and progress analysis.

    Manage debt obligations and interest payments and engage with lenders and banking relationships in the direction of the CFO.
    Ensure treasury activities are in compliance with treasury policies, accounting guidelines, governance policies, and internal controls.
    Support leasing initiatives and analysis ("lease vs. buy" analysis).

    Coordinate with accounting team to ensure cash activities are properly recorded and bank accounts are properly reconciled to include bank matrix, signature cards, Bank fee statements analysis.

    Optimize and enhance processes.
    Credit analysis and risk mitigation.
    Negotiate and administer global insurance policies and renewals.
    Vendor categorization.
    New order/bid review analysis and coordination with sales and legal.
    Daily, weekly and monthly cash flow reporting to include necessary KPIs and metrics.
    Other analytics and ad-hoc request as required.
    Support the compilation of monthly Cash Flow Forecasts.
    Track actuals and compare to forecasts.
    Analyze forecasting variances and make recommendations on how to improve forecasting and reduce variances going forward.

    Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and 10 plus years of applicable work experience.

    Demonstrate a complete understanding of accounting theories, concepts, and principles, as well as a thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, and cost accounting standards.

    High energy, dynamic professional with a strong leadership presence.

    Strong analytical and communication skills.
    Superior Excel skills, and MS Office.
    High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
    Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast-paced environment.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership.
    Experience leading a large team, executing multiple projects, and juggling competing priorities.

    Maturity and perspective which add value beyond the finance function; ability to assume broader responsibilities, to help set strategic direction to establish operating priorities.

    Must be able to handle sensitive materials and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Must have high-level interpersonal skills and able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
    Self-directed and highly motivated, with the decisiveness and flexibility necessary to operate successfully in a changing, rapid-growth, hands-on environment.
    An effective presenter who can clearly and concisely explain accounting items & financial results. Track record of leading, mentoring and developing an experienced team and building a succession plan.

    Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and recognize the importance of relationship building and professionalism in interacting with both senior management and staff employees.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
    Mergers and acquisitions and successful integrations.
    ERP implementations.
    Leadership roles in working with Private Equity backed organizations.
