    Senior Benefits Specialist/Benefits Manager

    LHH is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist/Benefits Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our client's benefits administration functions. Your primary responsibility will be to execute various administrative tasks, enabling Marc and the team to concentrate on strategic initiatives. Key duties include:

    1. Streamlining workflow through efficient administrative tasks.
    2. Demonstrating proficiency in Excel, particularly v-lookups, to conduct data analysis with a logical approach.
    3. Utilizing Workday experience to enhance operational efficiency (technical proficiency preferred but not mandatory).
    4. Conducting benefits analysis, including audits and oversight of health and wellness programs.
    5. Applying in-depth knowledge of leave of absence processes, encompassing STD, LTD, and other related areas.
    6. Handling multi-state scenarios adeptly, offering accurate guidance to employees on LOA processes.
    7. Managing benefits-related inquiries promptly and effectively via email inbox management.
    8. Taking charge of invoicing responsibilities, including running reports, verifying bills, and ensuring payment accuracy.
    9. Demonstrating exposure to 401k audits and possessing a high-level understanding of ACA 1095 setup.
    10. Exhibiting resourcefulness by conducting independent research to address challenges and enhance processes.
    11. Adopting a forward-thinking approach to anticipate needs and proactively tackle issues.
    12. Taking initiative to drive actions forward and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
    13. Possessing a background in Professional Services to align with the client's industry.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in benefits administration.
    2. Experience managing benefits for at least 1500 employees in a multi-state environment.
    3. A degree is a mandatory requirement for this role.

    Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
