- Prospect and develop a pipeline of qualified leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to relevant individuals and organizations
- Schedule qualified, online product demonstrations on a consistent basis, with monthly bonuses awarded for exceeding goals
- Partner with Account Executives to support sales cycle success and drive urgency
- Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate account details and contact information

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
- A deep interest in performance-based roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.

The BDR will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads. Our team is passionate, excited about growth opportunities and very creative.
