SALARY: $ $33.00 per hour

BENEFITS: All eligible full time employees will receive Paid Annual Leave (PAL) starting at 23 days per year and raising by one day per year following one full calendar year of employment (January through December). They will also be offered health benefits and will be automatically enrolled in employer paid short and long term disability and life insurance.

All full time and part time employees have access to participate in the Delphinus Engineering 401(k) which includes company match of 25% up to 10% deferred.

GENERAL SUMMARY: Provide support to the US Navy (in support of Ship Repair Operations)

LOCATION: San Diego, CA.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proficient in structural and pipe fit-up and welding. Structural and Pipe fillet & butt welding required. Qualified for GTAW of OS/HS/HY; SMAW of OS/HS/HY, CRES; GMAW and GMAW- PULSE of Aluminum, and pipe qualified GTAW of NICU/CUNI/CRES/CS. Must be proficient in the welding of consumable insert rings and thin wall sockets.

Position Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prospective employees should have a minimum of 8 years' experience
• Experience working in a shipyard/ship repair environment
• Prospective employees must be a US Citizen with a Clean Background and able to pass a Drug Screen
• Active Security Clearance may be required
