    Description
    Growing Law Firm is looking to hire a Software Support Specialist to sit within their Practice Support Group.

    This person will troubleshoot, support and maintain a wide array of software applications specific to the Legal industry and therefore experience of working in a Law Firm is a must.

    Need good communication skills and a can-do attitude. This role is supporting the later shift starting at 12pm EST.

    Requirements:

    2 years of experience support experience at a Law Firm

    Specific experience with Relativity, eScan-IT and Open Discovery.

    Knowledge of CaseScan and Trial Director.

    Excellent written and verbal communication experience


    Compensation:
    $65,000-70,000

    Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
