**Housekeeper Duties / Requirements:**

Responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe working and living environment for staff and residents inside and outside the facility.

Demonstrate a working knowledge of all facility equipment, systems, commercial laundry and housekeeping procedures and facility cleaning.

Demonstrate cooperative teamwork in all duties, as well as effectively function independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties in an organized and efficient manner. Demonstrate ability to problem solve.

Responsible for being courteous, polite and professional to all residents, family members, supervisors, staff and community contacts at all times.

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Report any suspected abandonment, abuse, financial exploitation, or neglect of a resident to the appropriate agencies as outlined in the facility Policies and Procedures manual.

Perform work on weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays as needed, depending on assigned shifts. Follow a monthly staffing schedule for housekeeping and laundry.

Other duties as assigned.

Able to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach and lift most of the time.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.

May be exposed to blood/body fluids.

Must pass a background check

Our Company follows WA Proclamation which requires all employees working in the Health Care Setting must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless they are exempt for medical and religious reasons, no later than October 18, 2021.

Salary starts at $14.00 per hour
