- Follow Brand standards recipes and systems Follow food safety standards Prepare food and beverages Assemble and package orders serve guests Answer guest questions Maintain workspace Clean equipment guest areas Stock items cups lids etc at workstation Take orders Drive Thru Front Counter POS handle payments when applicable Follow achieve speed service standards Serve communicate with guests Maintain guest focused culture restaurant Communicate effectively managers coworkers Organize maintain stock room refrigerated areas
