    Position Overview

    As the National Sales Director at Myota, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and driving our mission to redefine data security standards. With responsibility for overseeing the entire sales process, you will lead efforts to identify high-value opportunities, cultivate deep relationships with key stakeholders, and champion the adoption of our innovative bucketZero Platform. This role is not merely about driving sales; it's about leading a movement towards securing the digital future of businesses globally.

    Strategic Business Development:

    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new markets and secure high-value accounts.
    • Utilize advanced market research techniques and leverage industry insights to identify and target untapped business opportunities.
    • Spearhead networking initiatives, represent Myota at leading industry events, and utilize executive-level contacts to expand our business footprint.
    • Design and implement sophisticated outreach strategies, utilizing a mix of cold calling, personalized emails, and strategic social media engagement to engage potential clients at the executive level.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts, understanding their strategic goals and aligning Myota's offerings as pivotal to their success.
    • Develop a bespoke communication strategy for engaging with senior stakeholders, ensuring Myota's solutions are closely aligned with their strategic priorities.
    • Lead negotiations and strategic discussions, positioning Myota as a trusted advisor and partner in data security.

    Sales Leadership and Opportunity Management:

    • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a strategic approach to driving opportunities through the sales cycle with a focus on high-value, strategic accounts.
    • Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to tailor demonstrations and solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients, ensuring a consultative sales approach.
    • Implement advanced analytics and CRM strategies to monitor sales performance, optimize sales processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

    Strategic Deal Closure:

    • Lead complex negotiations, crafting bespoke agreements that align with client needs and Myota's strategic goals.
    • Ensure a seamless transition post-sale, working closely with the onboarding team to facilitate a smooth handover and foster long-term partnerships.

    Leadership and Team Development:

    • Drive the sales team towards achieving and surpassing sales targets through effective leadership, mentoring, and strategic guidance.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to stay abreast of industry trends and developments in data security.

    Required Experience and Skills:

    • Extensive experience in software or technology sales, with a proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales targets.
