    We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Professional - LMFT - LMHC based out of Honolulu, HI, US.

    Onsite | Remote

    2 days in office, 3 days from home

    Job Summary:

    Provides diagnostic evaluations and psychotherapy for ambulatory mental health services utilizing but not limited to case management, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapeutic intervention provided to individuals, families, groups modalities, and/or Intensive Outpatient Programs.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of three (3) years of post-degree clinical experience.
    • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an allied field related to the practice of mental health counseling from an accredited college or university.
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Hawaii) OR Mental Health Counselor License (Hawaii)
    • Basic Life Support is required at hire from the American Heart Association
    • National Provider Identifier required at hire
