    If so, Stanley Electric is offering a rewarding career in our Quality Control department as a Supplier Quality Engineer

    Stanley Electric US is a full-service, tier one supplier to Honda, specializing in the design and production of lighting equipment, accessories, and electronic components.

    Our London, Ohio facility houses lighting and mold design, construction, production engineering, and dedicated associates in our Quality, Assembly, Sales, and Customer Service departments.

    Maintaining Stanley Electric's production values while adhering to Stanley's customer quality standards by:

    Resolving problems and communicating internal and supplier issues, ensuring delivery of high-quality component parts.
    Investigating and thoroughly analyzing internal quality issues, using basic quality information gathering techniques.
    Acting as a communication liaison between internal and external groups regarding all quality issues,
    Establishing, maintaining, and tracking quality standards to ensure consistency, while maintaining quality production.

    Participating in process audits to address any specific issues such as production mold modifications and changes, deviation from quality standards, or for timely audits of the respective quality system.

    Addressing customer and internal product concerns by documenting and communicating problem tracking activities as well as monthly performance reports to track the performance of the respective production area.

    Analyzing monthly performance reports to identify areas of improvement and develop the necessary improvement plans.
    Coordinate with the appropriate department to confirm packaging trials, ensuring that packaging meets quality standards.

    2 Year or 4 Year degree preferred (4-year degree is equivalent to 2 years OJT in related engineering field)
    0 ~ 2 Years OJT in related engineering fields.
    Basic or entry level engineering knowledge.
    Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
    Knowledge of Quality Control techniques and processes.
    General Office Environment 3 hours per day
    Occasional overnight travel may be required to perform essential functions at remote locations or receive training.
    Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines and requirements.
    While performing the job the position is frequently exposed to moving or mechanical parts.
    Associates share in the effort to achieve customer satisfaction and continuously improve overall performance. Success is found in the delivery of high-quality products on a timely basis at a competitive price.
