An opportunity has opened for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a nationally recognized A/E and Project Management firm.

As the Senior Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for the production of construction documents and engineering studies for government, healthcare, educational, and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:
Attend design review and construction meetings with clients
Prepare studies, estimates, and proposals
Design new facility layouts and existing facility renovation; utility mechanical engineering, process and utility piping, plumbing systems, refrigeration, and HVAC
Document technical specifications, daily operations, testing documents and reports
Coordinate with design team
Conduct site visits and quality checks


Requirements:
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
P.E. License required or close to completing
5 years' experience in Mechanical Engineering design for building and construction projects
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Knowledge of the NPPA, ASHRAE, and mechanical code standards
Healthcare facility experience is a plus
