- Administer botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other injectable procedures following established protocols and aseptic techniques
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, medical history review, and physical examinations
- Educate patients on treatment options, post-procedure care, and potential risks to ensure informed consent
- Maintain accurate medical records using EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Monitor patient responses during procedures and manage any adverse reactions promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with physicians to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards throughout all procedures
- Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine, including esthetic laser treatments and new injectable techniques
- Assist in maintaining a sterile environment and proper disposal of medical waste in accordance with safety protocols
- Proven experience in injection administration, including botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to aesthetic procedures
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth for accurate documentation
- Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to educate and reassure patients effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Knowledge of infection control practices, sterile technique, and medication management
- Experience working in diverse clinical environments such as hospitals (Level I Trauma Center preferred), outpatient clinics, or surgical centers
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to aesthetic medicine and nursing practices

Candidates with experience in Epic, Cerner, or EMR/EHR systems are preferred, along with expertise in sterile technique and medical documentation.
