    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs for various positions within the company
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions
    • Source candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking, and other channels
    • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
    • Build relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and preferences
    • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
    • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process for selected candidates
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and hiring activities
    • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for improving recruitment strategies

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field a plus but not required
    • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role
    • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
    • Knowledge of regional job market and industry trends
    • Professional certifications in recruitment or talent management are a plus
