The Sheraton Park City is currently recruiting for Banquet Servers to join our awesome Banquet team Must have 1-2 years of banquet or like experience and must have current food handler's and TIPS certifications. We are looking for individuals with a passion to serve, detail-oriented, and who are outgoing. Must love working in a team environment.

**JOB OVERVIEW**

Serve Food and Beverage to guests in a courteous and friendly manner, in accordance with established brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

Serving food and beverage during the banquet function to our guests.

Prepare all dressings and cold sauces.

Have a comprehensive knowledge of all banquet menu items, specials, beverages, wines, etc.

Serve all items utilizing appropriate china, glassware, silverware, garnish, and condiments.

Assist other servers and house person if necessary.

Immediately relay all guest complaints and compliments to management.

Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Ensure quality guest service in all interactions.

Includes required side work duties: cleaning, stocking, and maintaining of the outlet condition.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

Must be able to lift 20 pounds.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Minimum pulling of 20 pounds.
