- Executing precise framing and structural carpentry work according to blueprints and specifications.
- Installing doors, windows, trim, and other finishing elements with exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborating with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Problem-solving and addressing any challenges that arise during the construction process.
- OSHA 10 is required - PeopleReady will help provide your OSHA training.
- Background check required.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of framing techniques, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
