    This is a hybrid position. Candidate MUST be able to come onsite 3 days a week in Philadelphia, PA.

    Business Analyst Job Summary

    We are seeking a Business Analyst (BSA) with 2-3 years of experience in writing requirements. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to effectively communicate with an executive-level audience, demonstrating outstanding written and verbal communication skills that cater to various levels of stakeholders. This role requires a proactive and confident individual who is outgoing, adaptable, and capable of multitasking effectively to ensure success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation suitable for different audience levels, including executives.
    • Execute analysis and evaluations to identify potential improvements or inefficiencies within existing processes.
    • Assist in project planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
    • Engage in thorough documentation of system and functional specifications.
    • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members.
    • Participate in requirement validation and testing efforts to ensure accurate implementation.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and methodologies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with stakeholders.
    • Excellent adaptability and multitasking skills.
    • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
    • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and techniques used in business analysis.

    Additional Qualifications

    • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and practical experience.
    • Ability to establish traceability for requirements and project deliverables.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
    • Strong facilitation and communication skills for effective collaboration.
