About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retread Technician to join our team. In this dynamic position, you will play a critical role in refurbishing and restoring used commercial tires by applying new tread, extending their lifespan, and ensuring they meet industry safety and performance standards.

• Maintain a safe work environment with proper equipment organization and cleanliness.

You will receive tire at a suitable height for handling on a hook.
You must be able to perform visual inspections of tires, apply patches as needed.

Your Responsibilities

• Lift, carry or move up to 50 pounds regularly,
  does not preclude lifting occasionally heavy loads that weigh up to 150 pounds when circumstances demand it
  Ensure safety first at all times while engaging any task related to your job responsibilities whilst showing empathy towards teamwork within various professional disciplines involved throughout company operations processes.,
