*POSITION - LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE - FULL-TIME 7a-7p Primary Shift**$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS*Perform nursing services associated with resident care within your scope of practice and in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Assess resident health needs and assist in the development and implementation of resident care plans.
