    Details of Part-time Schedule:
    • Workdays: Monday-Friday (3-4 days weekly)
    • Shift start: 8:30 am from our Richmond office
    • Weekly hours: 15-30

    • Prior Cleaning or Maintenance Experience: Past roles as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper, or in similar fields within a teamwork-driven environment
    Essential Job Criteria:
    • Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting 20 lbs; perform cleaning tasks by standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
    • Communication Skills: Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English fluently
    • Transportation: Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
    • Background Screening: Mandatory criminal background check
    Work Authorization: Legal eligibility to work in the US
