Job DescriptionProvide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes and strategic planning initiatives.
Collaborate with Project Managers, department heads, Project Executives to monitor project budgets, analyze variances, and ensure profitability.
Supervise and mentor finance/accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to government contracting and financial management.
