    Job Description:

    6 month contract with permanent opportunity post contract

    Summary:

    The Recruiter is responsible for delivering recruiting services that support client staffing needs for professional, sales, financial, marketing, HR, customer service, and management positions

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing all candidate and/or contractor relationships
    • This person will have direct responsibility for delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
    • Providing consultative / advisory search recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development, assessment, and advising clients
    • Continuous networking and pipelining to identify candidates
    • Extensive contractor interaction and relationship building
    • Full life-cycle staffing process management
    • High-level skills in time, task and priority management
    • Stay abreast of banking industry, market conditions and market intelligence
    • Use creative search techniques to locate applicable candidates

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum or 1-3 years in Recruiting with end to end, high volume experience
    • Demonstrated success in managing client and candidate relationships
    • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system
    • Ability to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast paced environment with high volume
    • Flexible; team player; self-starter; self-motivated
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
    • Shows initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment

    Desired:

    • Knowledge of financial institutions and or banking center environment a plus
    • Experience with sourcing
    • Experience working with an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or a VMS
    • Experience with an applicant tracking system such as BullHorn, Custom Match or Taleo
    • Knowledge of Financial Institutions and Technology Organization
    • Ability to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast paced environment
    • Flexible; team player; self-starter; self-motivated
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
