- Stay abreast of banking industry, market conditions and market intelligence
- Use creative search techniques to locate applicable candidates
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum or 1-3 years in Recruiting with end to end, high volume experience
- Demonstrated success in managing client and candidate relationships
- Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system
- Ability to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast paced environment with high volume
- Flexible; team player; self-starter; self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
- Shows initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment
- Knowledge of financial institutions and or banking center environment a plus
- Experience with sourcing
- Experience working with an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or a VMS
- Experience with an applicant tracking system such as BullHorn, Custom Match or Taleo
- Knowledge of Financial Institutions and Technology Organization
- Ability to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast paced environment
- Flexible; team player; self-starter; self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
