    Join Our Team as a Per Diem Registered Nurse in Greater Boston!

    Good news! Our community-based hospice and palliative care organization has been recognized by The Boston Globe as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts. We are currently seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join our clinical team, where travel is required.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct clinical assessments of patients' ADLs and their functional, psychological, and environmental needs
    • Manage discomfort and symptom relief for patients
    • Utilize specialized nursing skills for end-of-life care
    • Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and ethical concerns
    • Collaborate with healthcare facilities and providers for coordinated patient care

    Education, Skills, and Experience:

    • Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
    • Experience in community health, hospice, or oncology preferred
    • Demonstrated skills in assessment, pain management, and symptom control
    • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills required
