We are seeking a Claims Complex Director to join our team at AIG Programs. The successful candidate will havea strong background in general and auto liability claim experience,
with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
The role involves investigating, evaluating, and negotiating nationwide general and auto liability claims while maintaining high customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Promptly contact insureds for timely reserves completion.
- Analyze coverage; evaluate liability damages establishing accurate reserves throughout file life.
- Maintain diary system efficiently resolving cases communicate updates when appropriate attend mediations resolve cases effectively manage litigation process defense counsel ensure timely cost-effective outcomes.
