Service Porter Position

Ross Downing Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Mobile is seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our Service Department as a Service Porter. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth, ideal for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry while providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers in the service drive as needed

- Drive the courtesy shuttle to designated locations to ensure a positive customer experience

- Transport vehicles and personnel as needed

- Move vehicles to maintain an organized and efficient service area

- Assist in keeping the service department clean and presentable

- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the service team and customer experience

Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Valid driver's license required

- Ability to safely operate customer and dealership vehicles

- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles (preferred)

- Friendly attitude with a strong customer-service mindset

- Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn

Compensation

Starting pay: $9.00 $10.00 per hour
