    TRC Talent is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources for a global automotive OEM company located in Savannah, GA. This is a fully onsite role. For this role, our client seeks someone with significant experience working within a global manufacturer in the automotive industry. Advanced degree required (JD preferred). Experience in HR Planning, Talent Acquisition and Compensation are ideal. 15 years plus experience and SHRM certification preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans. Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and address HR needs and challenges.

    Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent. Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs to support employee development and career progression.

    Compensation and Benefits: Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; JD degree preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation.
    • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
    • 15 years + HR experience with 10 years + in a global automotive manufacturing group
