    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide theory instruction according to an approved course syllabus using effective teaching methods
    • Develop daily lesson plans and advise students
    • Maintain accurate attendance and grade records
    • Stay current in the teaching field and participate in faculty meetings and training sessions
    • Participate in school activities and serve as an educator and mentor

    KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

    • Must have 3 years of experience in the subject field or a related area
    • Direct patient care experience within the last three years
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products

    EDUCATION:

    A minimum of a Masters degree with coursework in nursing or relevant sciences

    LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

    • Current Registered Nurse License in California
    • Current CPR Certification

    COMPENSATION: $55-$60/hr
