Position Overview: Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Kelso, Washington area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages, providing occupational therapy services to help them achieve their highest level of independence and function.

Responsibilities:

Conduct prehensive evaluations to assess clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and clients' goals.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve clients' functional abilities and promote independence in daily activities.
Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal outes for clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Washington.
Minimum of one year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
