    Description

    Scale's Talent Acquisition team plays a vital role in the organization's success. As a key member, you will collaborate directly with executives and other leaders on Recruiting, People, Finance, and IT initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of program managers and talent acquisition professionals to optimize efficiency, enablement, and planning for global recruiting efforts.
    • Partner with cross-functional leaders globally to oversee headcount management, recruiting enablement, talent marketing, candidate experience, recruiting insights, and early career programs.
    • Develop a high-impact hiring strategy that addresses key gaps between existing talent and required talent to drive business success.
    • Enhance our talent acquisition capacity model to inform optimal resource allocation for meeting hiring needs across the global workforce.
    • Create a best-in-class talent marketing strategy, positioning Scale as an attractive employer for both early career and tenured professionals.
    • Bolster and nurture the pipeline from inbound and referral channels.
    • Drive the strategy for the recruiting coordination team, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers across global offices and remotely.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 5+ years managing TA Operations.
    • 4+ years of experience managing managers.
    • Extensive experience managing operations supporting >100 hires per quarter.
    • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders, up to executive level, on global company-wide initiatives.
    • Data-driven approach to decision-making, leading to increased operational effectiveness & efficiencies.
    • Business mindset and understanding of how talent impact translates to organizational success.
    • Passion for leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
    • Expertise in Talent Acquisition tools such as Greenhouse, Tableau, Google Analytics, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter.
    • Focus on building diverse teams.
