- Required Procedures: Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry, Esophageal Manometry Interpretation, Small Bowel Biopsy, Lower Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube, Capsule Deployment, Bravo, Breath test Interpretation, Esophageal and Anorectal Manometry Interpretation and endoluminal functional lumen imaging probe.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days
