    Job Description:


    The Manager Talent Aquisition assists in the development of employment policies, procedures, and strategies for candidate recruitment, screening and hiring based on Kaleida Health goals and objectives.

    Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and flexibility is expected. Works closely with Sr. Director Talent Aquisition to manage outcomes.

    Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
    BA - Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources or related field required. 3 years of experience in recruitment required. In lieu of degree, 5 years of experience in recruitment required. Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred.
