With your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to work effectively with both new and existing customers, understanding their unique requirements and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice on Verizon Wireless products and services to customers
Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our products and services
Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate cellular plan and phone
Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile technology and products available
Demonstrate the features and benefits of our products and services to customers

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills essential
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required
Must maintain a positive and professional attitude
