    We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join a renowned resort with a Jean-George restaurant in Virginia.     Base Salary:

    Chef de Cuisine: $70,000-$80,000 (based on experience)

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in upscale dining
    • Proficiency in various culinary techniques
    • Skills in knife work, butchery, and recipe development
    • Excellent leadership qualities and a positive demeanor

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise kitchen operations and guide kitchen staff
    • Handle scheduling, daily ordering, and labor management
    • Provide training on dish preparation, presentation, and plating to kitchen staff
    • Collaborate with the front-of-house team for efficient restaurant functioning
