    Roles and Responsibilities:

    The FSB Senior Software Developer should be able to design, code, test, new and existing applications using core software engineering principles.

    • Deep expertise and hands on experience with object orientated software development and the overall development domain including languages, frameworks, and design patterns. Develop and implement standards for coding discipline, testing, and software maintainability. Evaluate, estimate, and prioritize system enhancement requests.
    • Mentor FSB Junior and Mid-level Software Developers and conduct code reviews. Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies to provide recommendations for future technology strategies.
    • Support production by leading efforts to troubleshoot production issues.

    Minimum Required Experience:

    • 8 Years Experience developing in C# ASP.NET Development with MVC and Blazor
    • Experience with .NET Framework and .NET 6+
    • JavaScript CSS Windows Server 2012+ / IIS 7+
    • MS SQL Server 2008
    • SQL development
