    Job Title: Information Assurance Professional

     

    We are seeking a highly skilled Information Assurance Professional to join our team at General Dynamics Mission Systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge defense platforms and make a real difference in the world.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide expertise in systems engineering concepts, principles, and theories
    • Develop and implement cyber security specifications and guidelines
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security technology and trends
    • Contribute to business objectives and recognize opportunities for improvement
    • Communicate effectively with senior levels of security work groups and external customers
    • Lead security work groups and projects, working under limited direction
    • Apply basic project leadership principles, including SPI/CPI, Earned Value, Cost Account Management (CAM), and Statistical Process Controls
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics
    • 8 years of job-related experience, or Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience
    • Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire
    • U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of the work performed
