    Position Title:
    Manufacturing Quality Engineer

    Location:
    Arlington, TN

    Duration:
    Direct Hire, Full Time

    Compensation:
    $90,000 - $100,000/year

    Work Authorization:
    US Citizen or Green Card


    Required Skills and Experience:
    Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Material, Electrical, Electronic or Industrial Engineering or a related field
    4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering
    Strong knowledge of 3Rs (reduce, reuse, recycle)
    Strong knowledge of 5s (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain)
    Experience working in an Automotive or Manufacturing industry
    Experience working on a start-up plant
    QMS implementations/experience with production validation process preferred
    3 years of experience developing and managing quality systems
    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Must be able to analyze and resolve issues quickly through route cause analysis and drive change back to the production departments.


    Job Description:
    A Client/Employer in Stanton, TN is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineers.

    These engineers must be flexible to significant travel during initial plant start-up phase, and ability to support any shift in a 7-day work week.


    Daily responsibilities will include:

    • Manage and monitor environment of quality evaluation through 3R and 5S
    • Review gate safety and reliability assessments in advance
    • Respond to requirement of marketing and cell development; RFQ assessment (request for qualifications)
    • Analyze test conditions, conduct tests and report test results
    • Review and approve results of safety, performance, and reliability tests in the process of gate evaluation.
    • Conduct regular test of shipment safety and mass production reliability test
    • Manage assets and maintain instruments
    • Plan and implement monthly calibration
