The Amazon Kids+ team builds innovative products and services for children ages 3-12 and their caregivers.

As the Principal PMT for Kids+ Subscriptions, you will own the product strategy and technical execution of the Kids+ subscription experience end-to-end — from acquisition and onboarding through engagement, retention, and lifecycle management.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across content, payments, identity, and platform to build a best-in-class subscription experience that delivers continuous value to families while driving sustainable business growth for the Kids+ program.

The Amazon Kids team has won prestigious awards including the KAPi award for best hardware and service, and continues to push boundaries in creating revolutionary experiences for parents and kids.

8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience technical product management
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
