Per Diem Receptionist. This is to fill in for Receptionists when they are on vacations or called out.

This is not a parttime or fulltime position. No set hours.

Responsible for greeting family members upon arrival at the center. Answer telephone and direct to appropriate unit.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in a similar capacity involving direct communication with the public.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Superior interpersonal and communications skills.
• Outstanding listening skills and ability to empathize with others.
• Appropriate sense of discretion in dealing with varied and difficult situations.
• Ability to convey a positive attitude in all dealings with others, whether patients, family members, or staff members.
• Exceptional personal organizational skills.
• Attentive to detail.
