Job Description

What you will be doing:
Assist in developing an End to End test program for validating financial products in tax systems.
Work closely with multiple Product Managers, engineers, and designers.
Create a service blueprint documenting the systems involved when customers interact with our financial products.
Develop a data flow diagram by interviewing system owners.

Create common client scenarios with expected outcomes for products and compile this information into user stories to assist QA engineers.

Develop a project plan for annual implementation of validation process.
Execute other tasks necessary for successful product integration with tax systems.

Experience you will need:
Minimum 1 year of related experience, and internships or practical projects may be considered.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software and product planning tools.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of product development and agile processes.
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
Desire to learn and basic understanding of tax or financial background and product management.
