Description
Quality Assurance ManagerKey Role:
Oversee the activity of quality assurance deliverables. Develop, implement, and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing.
Provide development of a project Sof tware Quality Assurance Plan and the implementation of procedures that conform to the requirements of the contract.
Provide an independent assessment of how the project's sof tware development process is being implemented relative to the defined process, and recommend methods to optimize the organization's process.
C ond uct Quality Assurance audits and review and analyze data and documentation.Develop and implement procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment which supports large databases and applications.
Maintain responsibility for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.Basic Qualifications:
Experience managing quality assurance activities
Experience with methods and processes used to monitor the production of a product or service to maintain a level of quality
Experience with methods and processes used to ensure that materials, components, or products meet expected standards or compliance requirements
Knowledge of quality management system standards established by the International Organization for Standardization ( ISO standard published by the ISO
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in quality assurance roles, or 8+ years of experience in quality assurance roles in lieu of a degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137, annualized USD).The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
